For products that are received damaged, defective, or not as described, you can initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery by following these steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer care team by calling our customer care number or sending an email to "firstname.lastname@example.org".
Step 2: Provide your order ID details and specify your request for return, replacement, or refund. Please include an image of the product and the invoice for reference.
Step 3: We will arrange for the products to be picked up within 2-4 business days. Refunds or replacements will be processed only if the products are returned to us in their original packaging, with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.
Following these steps will help us resolve your issue promptly. At Raw&RareSecrets, our quality control team ensures that all products are thoroughly checked before they reach our boutiques or are shipped. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to assist you.
Please note that replacement requests are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount. Please refer to the next question for exclusions to refunds.
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Products that have been used.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse or overuse.
- Returns made without the original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, and free samples, or if the original packaging is damaged.
- Products with tampered serial numbers.
- Return requests initiated after 48 hours of order delivery.
